Counsel[edit]
Some time ago Jit was named as counsel. Alan has recently been discussing various matters of interest to Wiki Canada with an unnamed legal firm. If this firm is to serve as Wiki Canada's counsel, Jit's name should be removed from that position, and should be replaced by the name of the new counsel. Continuance[edit]
A Notice of Continuance must be files to allow Wiki Canada to be recognized under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act. This document needs to be approved by a 2/3 vote of members. No such document has yet been presented to the directors. A draft of a possible notice is presented at Proposed continuance. It is essentially based on our application for our existing Letters Patent. The draft is not subject to any confidentiality restrictions. Eclecticology (talk) 07:13, 31 August 2013 (EDT)
