Canada Student Service Grant[edit]
Hello everyone,
The Canada Student Service Grant will pay student volunteers to "Support Canada’s response to COVID-19". We could potentially "pay" volunteers to edit COVID-19 related articles, especially Canadian ones or come up with other creative ways to leverage Wikimedia. Wikimedia Canada is a registered non-profit so is eligible to sponsor volunteers for these grants. Wikimedia Canada has agreed in principle to support this but has left it up to the volunteers to organize.

- JP, thanks! I will try to create a draft of the registration on-wiki, especially the job description. I'm currently thinking of 2 "job" types: admins to organize, lead & educate volunteer writers and actual content writers: Canada Student Service Grant registration. 16:11, 18 July 2020 (UTC)
