Confirmation of the composition of the committee[edit]
The members of the Programs Committee are:

APG 2017[edit]
The Committee discussed the finalization of the amendment request to the WMF for the APG 2017.
The planned expenses are:
- Photographic event in Ottawa for the Remembrance Day
- Event for the 100th anniversary of the Old Central Library of Montreal
- Buying a projector and two chromebooks
APG 2018[edit]
The Committee did not have any comments about the Annual Strategic Plan 2018.
The Committee agreed that the APG 2018 should be for a duration of 6 months. This is also what the WMF is suggesting.
The Committee agreed with the programs and the activities that Jean-Philippe Béland proposed in the budget.
The Committee filled the budget for the APG 2018 that will be presented as a draft to the WMF on next Monday.

Atikamekw Project[edit]
There is still two reimbursement forms left.
The Committee did not have any comment on the Atikamekw Project.
Wiki Loves Earth 2017[edit]
We are waiting for the receipts to finalize this grant.
The Committee did not have any comment on Wiki Loves Earth 2017.

There are 4 Wikiclubs in discussion. They need to host their first meeting to elect their representatives.
