Transfer of PayPal and bank accounts
[edit]The Board resolved to change the signatories of the Wikimedia Canada's RBC bank account to: Benoit Rochon, Guillaume Lafrance, Ha-Loan Phan and Jean-Philippe Béland.
The Board resolved to allow Guillaume Lafrance as the Treasurer to open a new PayPal account for Wikimedia Canada with the email finance

Reimbursement Policy
