[edit]Contributor to Wikimedia projects since 2003, I co-founded Wikimedia Canada with Dr. James Heilman; first in 2008 as the "Wiki Canada Steering Committee", then officially as "Wikimedia Canada" in 2011 when the Wikimedia Foundation approved the chapter. I was a member of the board as a project manager, then as vice-president and president.
I would like to continue the Wikimedia Canada adventure by running for the board again. In addition to participating in the board of Wikimedia Canada, I wish to focus on Canadian First Nations, through a series of projects that we have started with the Atikamekw Nehiromowin Nation in 2015 and extend our actions across the fifty First Nations in Canada. Moreover, during the Los Pinos Declaration in 2019, the United Nations voted that 2022-2032 will be the UNESCO Decade of Indigenous Languages 2022-2032.
In closing, being part of the Wikimedia Canada board is a pride, it is very stimulating and I wish to continue the adventure for a 7th mandate!

[edit]Dear members of Wikimedia Canada, I am asking you to grant me a third term on the Board of Directors of Wikimedia Canada. Over the past four years on the board, I have had the opportunity to contribute to many important and structuring projects. In particular, I think of the WikiClub Croissant Boréal and the Projet:Arts littéraires québécois where I had the opportunity to train these two groups that have learned to fly on their own and are starting to train new Wikipedians on their end. I was also a central person in our development of the Strategic Transformation Plan that is leading up to the eventual hiring of the first Executive Director of Wikimedia Canada. I feel that I still have a place on the Wikimedia Canada Board and I want to continue with the projects that I helped to start. Thank you in advance for your trust and may we continue to liberate knowledge for all! --BiblioQC (talk) 23:29, 27 April 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Kwei kwei kaskina,

[edit]Hello to all of you,
Throughout my career, I have evolved in higher education and management by holding various positions within organizations and institutions.
In management, I have taken on general management roles and accompanied general managers and boards of directors in carrying out their mandates. I started my own strategic and financial management consulting business in collaboration with consulting firms. Currently, I carry out turnaround and business development mandates for organizations within a municipality.
In higher education, I accompany students in their learning in entrepreneurship, management and human resources management. I also sit on the "Commission des études et au comité de programme en entrepreneuriat" (Board of Studies and the Entrepreneurship Program Committee) as a representative of the tutors.
I am also involved as an administrator in the social entrepreneurship community. I also act as a mentor for young start-ups with the "FuturPreneur" organization. My involvement in the institutional and social community is to create links and better understand the different realities, thus giving meaning to our daily actions.
Over the years, I have always been motivated by management and teaching to develop businesses both strategically and organizationally; hence my desire to run for the board of directors of Wikimedia Canada. My motivation is rooted in creativity, idea development and business development.
