French language strategy

French is an equal and official language of Canada. Approximately 23% of Canadians speak the language. An initiative must be undertaken to ensure the French language in Canada is appropriately represented. A core group of volunteers should be organized to ensure the main pages of this wiki, the key legal documents, and corporate communications are accurate and up-to-date in both French and English.
