Programs budgets[edit]
- APG 2020. The Committee discussed about the "call for projects" and the re-allocation of the budget. The Committee decided that it will be necessary to discuss about "honorariums".
- Rapid Grant Health and Science Editing Initiatve of Hamilton WikiClub. Nil.
Major events[edit]
- WikiConference North America 2020. The event is postponed to 2021.
- GLAM-Wiki Summit 2020. Nothing will be organized in 2020.
- Wikipedia Pages Wanting Photos. Sarah Severson volunteered to host a webinar in English on how to add pictures to Wikipedia and where to find them. Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ) will host an online activity in French at the end of August. Jean-Michel Lapointe volunteered to organize another online activity in French.
- Wiki Loves Earth. Benoit Rochon will coordinate the jury. Everything else is ready.
Other projects and general business[edit]
- Weather Observations Project. The project is progessing well. There will be a meeting this week to start phase 2 of the project.
- APG 2021. The budget was already pre-approved, but Wikimedia Canada still needs to have its Annual Plan approved.
