Expense approvals[edit]

  • The Executive Committee approved the October's bill from Jean-Philippe Béland for a total of $7,404.39.

New Business[edit]

  • Benoit Rochon will talk with Pierre Choffet about the https certificate.
  • The Executive Committee agreed to meet once per month. When there is a Board Meeting, the Executive Committee will meet 30 minutes prior to it.
  • The Executive Committee agreed that Jean-François Pilon will meet regularly with Pierre Choffet about his contract.

Discussions[edit]

  • The Executive Committee discussed about the 2019 Annual Plan Grant request to the Wikimedia Foundation. Part of this discussion included the number of hours of work for the contractor for institutional advancement management in 2019.
