Old Business[edit]

New Business[edit]

  • WikiConference North America 2020. Stacy Alisson-Cassin pointed out that we need to set up subcommittees for various tasks such as local arrangements and programs. It would be interesting to have a former organizer of the conference on the organizing committee. Meetings will be held frequently to prepare the organization and set three or four subcommittees. She is confident that she will find many volunteers in Toronto.

Roundtable[edit]

  • Ha-Loan Phan mentioned to use the Board email address only for governance issues and not for all information points related to projects.
  • Benoit Rochon mentioned that Pierre Choffet will install a SSTO manager for the emails sent to info@wikimedia.ca.
  • Stacy Alisson-Cassin mentioned that the IFLA Working Group should be in Dublin for the IFLA WLIC 2020 in August.
  • Michael David Miller mentioned that he may go to Queering Wikipedia in Linz, Austria in May.
