Old Business[edit]
- Atypic. The President tried to contact Atypic, but didn't recieve anything back. She will try again.
- ECCC Project. There are two meetings planned with the new partners, Acfas and IVADO, on 27 January and 10 February. Ha-Loan Phan is coordinating those meetings with the partners.
- Educational Technologist. This is on pause until 2021.
New Business[edit]
- WikiConference North America 2020. A virtual conference is planned instead of the in-person event. The organizers wished to have a French track, but it is too late for us to organize anything. Benoit Rochon will present the Atikamekw Project.
- Donations. The President suggested to have separate page to make donations and to become a member. Jean-Philippe Béland will send communications to all members and past donators to announce that WMCA is now a charitable organization. He will also publish announcements on social networks and in the newsletter.
- Atikamekw Project. Benoit Rochon mentioned that the Atikamekw Project could use the remaining budget for the Indigenous projects. He met with members of the WikiClub Metapeckeka. A grant request will be send to WMCA.
Roundtable[edit]
- Lëa-Kim Châteauneuf mentioned that several Board members and Jean-Philippe Béland met with the new employee of the Wikimedia Foundation responsible for the Simple APG, Veronica Thamaini.
